Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Generative AI Engineer to join our innovative team. As a Generative AI Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge generative models to create new content and solve complex problems across various domains. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, explore advanced AI techniques, and deliver impactful solutions that drive business value.
Responsibilities:
- Research, design, and implement generative models, including Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs), Variational Autoencoders (VAEs), and other deep learning architectures.
- Develop algorithms and pipelines for generating high-quality content in areas such as image synthesis, text generation, music composition, or natural language processing.
- Collaborate with data scientists, machine learning engineers, and domain experts to collect and preprocess data, train models, and evaluate performance.
- Optimize and fine-tune generative models for efficiency, scalability, and robustness in real-world applications.
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in generative AI research, contribute to academic publications, and participate in knowledge sharing within the team.
- Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to understand business needs, define project requirements, and deliver solutions that meet user expectations.
- Participate in code reviews, documentation, and testing to ensure the quality and reliability of AI systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field. PhD is a plus.
- Proven experience in developing generative models using deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
- Strong understanding of machine learning principles, algorithms, and techniques, particularly in the field of generative modeling.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++, and experience with software development practices and version control systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, creativity, and ability to think critically about complex problems.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and distributed computing environments is a plus.
- Prior experience in applying generative AI techniques to practical applications in industries such as gaming, entertainment, design, healthcare, or finance is preferred.
