Martin Linder

Board of Directors

Martin Linder is the CEO and Founding Partner of Global Partners. He started his career with Goldman Sachs in 2000 and joined Partners Group in 2002, a global private equity and real estate asset manager with current assets under management in excess of US$100 billion. In 2011 Martin joined as Director at Bank Vontobel, one of the leading Swiss banks with a presence in major financial hubs globally. 

In 2014 Martin moved to Dubai and established the Dubai office of an Emerging Markets focused Swiss originated fund manager where he grew assets under management to over US$3 billion.

Martin is an attorney at law with admission to the Zurich courts and across Switzerland and with a Master of Laws degree cum laude from the University of Zurich.

Rohit Tandon

Founder and C.E.O.

An accomplished Founder & CEO with a proven track record of success in the technology industry. As the driving force behind Elevondata.com and Chainworks.com, I have built and led dynamic teams to deliver innovative solutions in the digital space.

With extensive experience serving on the Board of Directors / Advisors advising multiple startups, I bring a wealth of strategic insights and guidance to help businesses thrive. My expertise in raising Series-B funding from reputable venture capital and private equity firms has fueled the growth of several entities, enabling them to reach new heights.

In addition to my entrepreneurial achievements, I am a recognized pioneer in the blockchain industry. As a holder of blockchain patent, Lifetime Member of Bitcoin Foundation (since 2013) and an Ethereum OG, I have contributed to the advancement of decentralized technologies and their real-world applications by advising multiple blockchain startups.

Prior to founding Elevondata and Chainworks, I was Oracle’s global product strategist and led its North American BI/Technology consulting practice.

Rohit holds a Master of Science degree in Engineering from University of Arizona where he studied with full academic fellowship, and a Bachelor’s in Technology degree from Indian Institute of Technology, Varanasi.

Sanjiv Tandon

Sanjiv Tandon is a seasoned technology leader and entrepreneur with over 35 years of global experience spanning IT services, enterprise software, and large-scale digital and business transformation. He has successfully built, scaled, and led organizations delivering complex technology solutions to Fortune 500 clients across North America, Europe, Africa, and Asia.

Sanjiv is the Chairman and Co-Founder of Elevondata, a technology solutions and advisory firm that integrates Big Data, Cloud, AI & Data Sciences, and other next-generation technologies with strong foundations in Data Governance, Data Management, and Business Intelligence. Under his leadership, Elevondata helps organizations modernize their data ecosystems and drive measurable business outcomes.

In addition to Elevondata, Sanjiv has been actively involved with multiple technology start-ups for over a decade, contributing as a founder, mentor, and strategic advisor.

Prior to founding Elevondata, Sanjiv led IBM’s Strategic Outsourcing business for India and South Asia, where he was responsible for large, multi-year technology services engagements across IT infrastructure, Application Management Services (AMS), and enterprise transformation programs. He is a Certified IBM Master Deal Maker and a recipient of IBM’s prestigious Golden Circle Award.

Earlier in his career, Sanjiv held senior leadership roles at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) and Xansa Plc (Steria Group). At TCS, he served as Global Head of Sales and Delivery for the Financial Services Product Business, playing a key role in the development of what is now the TCS BaNCS platform, and was a member of the TCS Strategy Board. At Xansa, he chaired the India Operations Board, led Corporate Affairs, and served on the UK Operations Board.

Sanjiv has also served as a Board Member at CIGNEX Datamatics and has advised several large business conglomerates in India on technology strategy and transformation.

He holds a B.Tech from IIT Delhi and an M.Tech from IIT Kanpur, and has completed senior leadership and executive programs at ISB Hyderabad, INSEAD (Singapore), and Shanghai University.

Uma Pariti

Board of Directors

Uma manages a strategic portfolio of investments in private equity. His focus areas are clean tech and emerging technologies. Earlier he had a successful career in Demand Planning and Enterprise Applications. Uma has an M.B.A., and M.S. Engineering from University of Arizona.  He has a B.S. in Mining Engineering from NIT Rourkela.  He also holds an SCPM certification in Advanced Project Management from Stanford University.

Megha Mehra

HR & Recruitment

Megha has over 14 years of professional work experience in IT & BPO Industry working for large MNCs like IBM, Sopra Steria and Accion Labs. She has diversified experience in various aspects of a business organization ranging from HR functions such as recruitment and training, resource utilization etc. to business development, quality assurance and Operations.

Megha has done Honors in English Literature from Delhi University and Post-Graduation in Advertising & Marketing from YMCA, Delhi and Master’s in Business Administration from Essex University, United Kingdom. She is currently based out of Warwickshire, United Kingdom.

Gregory Lampshire

Chief Architect

Gregory Lampshire is a senior executive with proven success at solving complex sales & marketing business problems that require integrated business and technical solutions, including, business strategy, analytics and high-performance computing components. He has more than 20 years of experience identifying new strategy/vision approaches and leading large-scale transformation and initiatives. Gregory has held senior level positions at Launchpoint, Knightsbridge, Siemens, HP, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Navigant, Thinking Machines and Shell Oil Company. Currently, Gregory Lampshire serves as the Chief Architect at Elevondata where he advises multiple clients on Big Data Architecture, Data Governance, Data Management AI/ML and Risk Management. Gregory is an advisor to the companies and also, directs work and performs key analysis as needed to make his client’s successful.  Gregory has also published a book with two co-authors titled ‘Business Data Playbook for Analytics & Bigdata (Morgan Kaufman, 2016)’. He earned a BSc in Aerospace Engineering, MSc in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech and a MBA from Georgetown University.

Manit Banga

EVP, Global Delivery

Manit is the EVP, Global Delivery, and leads the RPA & Artificial Intelligence practice at Elevondata. He is an accomplished professional with over 20 years of experience in leading large multi geography service delivery contracts for Fortune 500 companies, setting up and managing Global Shared service operations, Leading enterprise wide automation and transformations projects.

Manit last assignment was with IBM GPS where he spent 11 years and handled various service delivery and shared service assignments including setting up of Global Performance reporting Centre of Excellence, leading the India delivery Business Operations office. He is a recipient of number of awards including the prestigious Asia Pacific Leadership Award, the Delivery Excellence award for setting up Costa Rica Delivery and the Torch Bearers of Value, Vision and Mission award.

Prior to IBM , Manit has worked with leading companies like NIIT, Global Telesystems and Cogito technologies in various capacities. Manit is passionate about with working with Data and is associated with Bridge school of management as a learning Consultant for Big Data and Analytics programmes. He is also a Faculty for Northwestern University programme on Predictive Business Analytics.

Christopher Wilmot

Board of Advisors

Christopher Wilmot is the Chief Financial Officer of Global Partners Limited.                            

Christopher helped to found and manage a highly successful multi-billion dollar long-only concentrated global equity fund for ADIA from 2006 as Deputy Head of Equity Opportunities. He had a 1-year sabbatical in 2008 to help launch a similar venture in the DIFC called Leebrook Global Investments and before joining ADIA, he spent a year as Head of Research at Sovereign Asset Management in Dubai.

He started his career with Ernst & Young in 1989 before focusing on stockbroking with UBS and WI Carr in Hong Kong and Deutsche Bank in London from 1993 to 2004.

Chris is a Chartered Accountant from South Africa with an Honours degree in Accounting from Rhodes University and he also qualified as a Chartered Financial Analyst.
